Romantic Couple Photoshoot in Edinburgh | From Vennel to Ross Fountain

We met at The Vennel Viewpoint, one of the most beautiful hidden spots in the city. With the castle rising quietly in the background, it felt like the perfect place to begin soft, calm, and a little tucked away from the crowds- as we started at 8am.

From there, we wandered down towards Victoria Street. We simply walked, paused when something felt right, and let the moments unfold naturally.

We continued towards the dramatic Scott Monument.

To finish, we made our way to Ross Fountain in Princes Street Gardens.

🤍 A Calm, Natural Photoshoot Experience

The session lasted around one hour, but it never felt like a “photoshoot” in the traditional sense.

My approach is always gentle and guided rather than posed. Most couples tell me they feel a little unsure at the beginning, but it quickly shifts into something much more natural—like simply spending time together while I quietly document it.

This is especially important for couples visiting Edinburgh, who want to remember how it felt, not just how it looked.

đź’« Quick Turnaround

One of the things couples love most is receiving their photos quickly.

This gallery was delivered the very next day, allowing them to relive their time in Edinburgh while it was still fresh—something that feels incredibly special, especially when travelling.
